Improve your fitness and confidence, relieve stress and learn some cool skills, all in a friendly and safe environment. Mixed Adult classes, Women-Only classes and classes for kids are available. Beginners are very welcome, and the first lesson is free!

Prices:

Adults: After a free introductory session, adult membership packages start at £30 per month (training once a week at either venue) or £10 per lesson pay-as-you-go. Cheaper block bookings are available plus concessions for students and the unemployed.  

Kids: Classes are £95 per term, which reduces pro rata if they start a few weeks in, and they are all welcome to come and try it out, before you commit.

Women-only self-defence: After a free introductory session, classes are £12 per class (class size is limited and lessons are 75 minutes). Learn the skills to defend yourself and have the courage to use them.
