Improve your fitness and confidence, relieve stress and learn some cool skills, all in a friendly and safe environment. Mixed Adult classes, Women-Only classes and classes for kids are available. Beginners are very welcome, and the first lesson is free.

Mixed Adult classes: After a free introductory session, adult membership packages start at £30 per month for training once a week at either venue. It’s £40/m for twice a week and £50/m for training three times a week and £10 per lesson pay-as-you-go. Cheaper block bookings are available plus 20% concessions for students and the unemployed.  

Kids: Classes are once a week and £105 per term, which reduces pro rata if they start a few weeks in. They are all welcome to come and try it out, before you commit. There is also a £15 joining fee which includes a club T-shirt.

Women-Only Self-Defence: After a free introductory session, classes are £12 per class (class size is limited and lessons are 75 minutes). Learn the skills to defend yourself and have the courage to use them.
